Healthy lifestyle, what that exactly mean?! It is enough for have good diet, punctually do the exercise and spend more time at spa…. Ooops, what I mean Gym? For me it’s not really enough.

Nutrition always said, “get a healthy diet, eat follow the pyramid food and always punctually take your breakfast, lunch, dinner and suffer and etc. I’m confused, actually how many times we have to eat?!

Last year when I fall a sick, I went to my old doctor, he give to me some advice. “Wanie you have to take cares your health because I scared if you will have diabetic and the bla lab la…. Ok, I understand but I wonder about his health. His lips too dark and must be he is smoking man not the MASK MAN.

I had read The News Straight Time past few days. I read the all boring news but one advertisement make me interested to share, about the affect of the smokers. I’m telling you its too jerk, and I just want to throw the entire thing in my stomach.

Have you seen the stinky meat?! Ugly right? Their lung looks dry and dark. Ei why the smoker still want to suck the smoke? Even they know it will damage their lung?! For the additional, god please help me… they lips looks really horrible and jerk!

One cigarette will destroy your whole body and also will kill the fetus in the mother womb so the conclusion for the smoker is, they are QUIET MURDER! Smoking people very cruel and they are selfish. Even we are applied the healthy diet and follow the step to get more healthy, it doesn’t mean anything.

Why? Because as long have people smoke, healthy lifestyle cant been realize. If we can decrease the smoker into 100%, it might be success and no more quiet murder. To get a Healthy style, we have to prevent and avoid smoker, smoking and smoke near us.

Child abduction

Now days we had heard many case about the child abduction. I got confused about that, where all the loving mama and papa?! Why they had just live their children alone without company them together? Sometimes when I go to shopping mall, I still can see parent just live their children walk alone without take care of them.

I love to shop went mega sale session, but I hate to hear when the information staff center or service center ask who has lost their children. “Attention to all customer, here have one daughter/ son lost his parent?!” Do you like to hear something like this?! Try us think it back, parent lost their children or children lost their parent?!

Nurin Jazlin such a beautiful child, she went to night market and lost there. Nurul Huda dead after the kidnaper rape her and murder after that. Malaysian wants to hear Adiba Noor compose a new song for all of the children?! The firstly is “Kau Terlalu Istimewa” and after this?! “Kenapa tinggalkan kami?” Nonsense!

After Nurin and Nurul Huda dead, government gave her parent money as a souvenir. Why?! It’s enough for replace their life back?! No second change, people always say “If the world can turn back” or “if I can turn the time back” just forget it…. World, time still at their job, just go straight without turn it back.

Now we still have change to protect the children and take care of them; please, please don’t careless because if it happen, we might be regret for the thousand times. Just enough for the Nurin, Nurul Huda, adik sharlinie and so on, let them peace at ‘there’ and if they still alive I sure they will tell people don’t let other child feel what they have.

Abduction, people now too cruel, save the children and please don’t let them die at the black sheep hand.
