LaNdSlidE!!!

The Malaysian had spoken - "Stop hillside projects". But if still have request from buyer who demand about ‘peaceful’, the developer still built bungalow or condominium at slope.

The Highland Tower tragedy and now the Bukit Antarabangsa landslide have again reminded the people of the dangers of living near hill-slopes. Even though this is small matter for buyer, developer and government.

I still remember went I was in form four, Tun Dr Mahathir Muhammad remain resident at Bukit Antarabangsa bungalow and condominiums to move out from that place because of landslide. But Raja Alawiah disagrees with Tun, she said “This is out property, so its up to us…” and now all the property is gone. So we still want to blame the government?

Did you notice the steep gradient on the hill (shown in the Star)? No wonder the nearby residents are worried about their safety. I wouldn't go near the site myself. Information Minister Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek said, "Don't just blame Govt." Actually we cannot blame anybody, its is all about our fault.

The buyers are to be blamed too? The government and the developers have to share the blame, - the government for approving such dangerous projects, the developers, for their greed in raking in profits whiles compromising safety, and the buyer who need property at the high class place and so on.

Today it may be safe to live near a hill slope when there is no further development on the hill. But in a few years time a new hill-side project may be approved. What then? Will the government listen to the protests by the residents? But if no request and no development to the hill side, the project must not be continue and approve…. PM says "We listen to the people". Really? When? Only Malaysian people have the answer…..

My Funniest Incident in my Life

This story’s about my funniest incident experience in my life. I still remember this incident went me and my family goes shopping at Tesco Ampang. That day my mum wants to buy groceries and other thing; I am so excited because its long period I am not shopping with my family.

There we buy the carrot, fish, and chicken and so on. I ask my mum to buy my favourite bread and cook bolognaise spaghetti, because I really want to eat it. So my mum buys the entire ingredient to make the Bolognaise.

We went there at 1430 until 1600. I am happy to shop, but my brother bored. As we know man dislike to shopping with women but if there shops with other man its better. My mum pity with my brother and she ask us to go home.

After my mum paid all the things we walk to our car and put the entire item in car bots. After that I put the trolley to the place, what the sad story, went I go back to the car my brothers left me. I blur and just thing positive that my brother u-Turn the car, and I wait at another side. But only wait, my brother doesn’t pick up me back. I don’t bring my hand phone and my purse left in side my car, so what I have to do?

Suddenly I look my brother undo the car to the place he left me, and he said “Sorry, I forgot about you. I thought you are in the car…. Thank god mum asks about you….” My mum laughs and as an apology my brother spent me steamboat at uptown on the night.

My mum tells me to always go back home as I can……
